SHORTS: Bio Ceramic material in these shorts both generates Far Infrared Rays (FIR) and reflects your body's own FAR infrared rays. I had pretty low expectations for the cellulite benefits of the shorts when I ordered them. Figured they're only about $10 more than a pair of spandex or neoprene shorts and it would be a bonus if they actually help with my cellulite. I have been pleasantly surprised! I received the shorts 3 days after ordering, so a "+" for customer service. The shorts are high quality, look good and fit well. They are not too bulky, so I wear them comfortably under shorts or clothing or alone. I have been using them for working out and occasionally under clothes. I found they really increase the sweat while working out and have definitely had an impact on my visible cellulite. I do use a cellulite cream when I wear them under clothes. (They also tighten everything up a bit under clothes!). I'll be ordering a 2nd pair to have when these are in the wash.

I want to post a testimonial: I bought the "shorts" in size XL (right here on Amazon.com), because I figured that's what I was. I received them, thought they looked kinda big & kinda like a diving suit. So I tried them on & was immediately in love with them! Those shorts, which come all the way up to just under my bra, held me more closely than any lover had! In wearing them, they do fit nicely under my clothes, although they do make a "cheete cheete" sound, I don't care. After wearing them for, like, 3 days, just walking around the office, I'd lost 2 pounds! The next day, after an evil day at work, I ate 6 whoopie pies & went to bed. The next morning I feared what I'd see on the scales, but lo & behold: lost 1 pound. I'm a believer. These shorts aren't cheap, but they do what they say they'll do. Buy these shorts (even though they might fit you like mine do)!Customer Review: I really like these shorts!

I don't know if they will help with the cellulite but I do know they helped remove the water weight on my thighs. I've had them for a week. My legs really sweat with them.
Anyhow, I wish I had known about these a long time ago. They are perfect under running shorts and they feel energizing. I use them when I walk/jog. I am glad I ordered two pair per the review recommendations. They take a while to dry. I rinse them after every use and I hang them up to dry. The next day they are still damp. I am trying them with celluthin, anti-cellulite lotion and I am staying away from carbs. Also, I weigh 120 and I am 5'2". I think I could have worn the extra small instead of the small I ordered. Anyhow the feel like good quality but they are thin enough to look like regular bike shorts.
I highly recommend them.

I LOVE these shorts; I just purchased my second pair so I have a pair to wear when the other pair is drying after being washed. I wear them when I walk, while I exercise, at home, while sleeping. I noticed a reduction of cellulite in only a couple of weeks. It seems to work best when I wear them, exercise and eat reasonably although I still notice a difference when I wear them without the exercise and better eating habits. A work of caution, the extra small are really really small and shorter than the small. My first pair was a small which tend to stretch with wearing so I thought an extra small would work (once washed, they do shrink back down). My weight has ranged from 125-135 (at 5'4"). Customer service is GREAT too. Two friends also bought the shorts based on my experience. Too soon yet to know if they've gotten results.Customer Review: These shorts are great!

I have been wearing these shorts for about 10 days now, both to the gym and under everyday clothing. They are so comfortable that I am not constantly reminded that I'm wearing them; there is no rolling at the waist or legs, or and seam ridges to rub. When exercising, the increased heat and moisture is obvious, but in normal daily wear, they are warm, but not "sweatingly" so. It is too soon to give a firm verdict on the cellulite claim, but there is some evidence of smoothing in some areas.
I ordered two pair by mistake - a computer misstroke. The customer service department was prompt in its response to my question on how to return the extra pair. Ultimately, I ended up deciding to keep the extra pair since I liked them so much. One pair to wear, and one to wash. Ordering two wasn't a mistake after all.
