I can't even tell that I have this belt on when I have it on (and I do intensive workouts including zumba and kickboxing and lower intensity workouts like yoga and tai chi). The only time I notice that I have had it on is when I take it off because it REALLY makes you sweet! It's so comfortable and I highly recommend it to others.Customer Review: very good!

This is an excellent waist trimmer belt. i bought this one to replace my old one and this works even better. retains more sweat around the waist. I Wear this every day while walking. Keeps it shape and makes me sweat. Dries nicely (I have two and trade off). Good for exercise or all day wear but you will perspire. Gives good support too. This belt has become a key part of my outfit for my daily morning workouts (elliptical machine and weights). I love this waist trimmer belt I have a lot of trouble losing weight around my midsection and since this belt had the highest rating I decided to purchase it I should have gotten this item along time ago makes my midsection sweat really quickly giving me better results.
