OK, so I was a little skeptical when I ordered this, but to be honest it really seems to work. I am in good shape, but my mid section is my problem area after having two kids and I hate to do sit ups. I like that I can wear it under my clothes and that you can't even tell I have it on. I also ordered one of those twist boards with this so I could watch some afternoon TV with my kids, but yet get some exercise and they seem like a good pair.Customer Review: Works great

I'm a size 8 dress, and this belt fits around my torso nearly 1 and 1/2 times which is nice and comfortable for me. After a 30 minute treadmill exercise the skin under the belt was very sweaty but didn't drip down my pants which was a relief for me since it is a crowded gym.
During exercise the belt keeps my posture great and I feel that it is speeding my progress to a whittled waist :)

I've had this kind of sweat bands before but the ones I was getting kept tearing either the material would separate from the rubber or it would tear because the were no seams on the edges this time when I was looking for new ones I made sure to get one (actually I got 2) that would have the edges binded so I hope they last longer than the ones I've used b4. This definitely makes you sweat and lose inches around your waist. I've been using this for a little over a month and I can openly say that I am addicted to this product! When I sweat a lot I know I've had a great workout! I just received this belt today and wore it while I was moving furniture and cleaning around my house. I was surprised at how supportive it was for my low back and how it made my midsection sweat. Once I took it off, I felt myself drawing my stomach muscles in subconsciously. It was so worth the $11 I paid for it and I look forward to using it a lot more!
