This is an awesome waist trimmer it does exactly what it says it will do. I wear it on a daily basis and without even exercising my stomach is sweaty at the end of the day. I would recommend wearing it over say a tank top because its not a good feeling to have it touch your skin. The only complaint that I do have is that it rolls up so it can be a little uncomfortable at times.
