I really wanted a medicine ball like this but I didnt want to pay a lot of money like some of the other brands that are out there which cost upwards of $30 for this same weight. Danskin is a good brand and I trust their quality. However, I was a little disappointed with the poster that comes with the ball. I thought there could be better and more moves outlined on the poster. So far, I havent been able to find a book for more ideas for exercises to incorporate the ball. I guess I will keep searching...
