I love this jump rope. I bought two. Anyways, I think this is my favourite jump rope I have ever bought.

I figured I should buy a jump with two capabilities and it did just that.

Weighted: the ends of the handle bar twist off and you can put or remove the weights. There is also a spring in it too, which you take off when you remove the weight unless you want that spring to move back and forth making an annoying noise when you speed jump.

Length: It was too long for me, so I had to cut it short. There is a stopper that you can remove and adjust it and put the handle bars back in. Cutting it was easy and well as putting the stopper back on and get ready for jumping. Some people might just readjust without cutting it, but the weights will not fit inside the handle bar. I cut mine because it would be too long to even close up the handles. hehe.

Quality: I would say it's fairly good quality, but I wouldn't want to jump on concrete with it because it will start to shed like any jump ropes. That is pretty normal though. I expect I use this for a very long time.

I personally really like the weight option. <3 YAAYYY!!
