as I find the reviews helpful I thought I should write one since I have used this dvd quite a few times. I am young and in really good shape, always mixin things up and I found that although this dvd could be for beginers it is all about how hard you push yourself in any spin dvd. like the other reviewer said she is a really good instructor, not to chatty yet tells you what you need to know. I have a couple dvd's I switch back and forth w/but I usually tend to pick this one. I get a good sweat on every time. you can choose how long you want your workout to be. there are segmants you can pick and choose from or you can do the full thing which is a 60 min workout. it is all up to you in how hard you want to push yourself. Description of Cycle: All Terrain - With Brooke Hayward DVD

This workout is designed for all levels. First time cyclists should do just the warm-up ride, the cool-down, and stretch (14 minutes). Beginner level cyclists can do the warm-up and the Pace Line ride. Pace Line is an interval type ride that leads the rider through fast and slow speeds similar to racing in a pack of cyclists (28 minutes). Intermediate level cyclists will do the warm-up, Pace Line and The Climb. The Climb instructs the rider to increase the intensity similar to climbing a big hill (40 minutes). Advanced level cyclists will do the warm-up, Pace Line, The Climb and Rolling Hills. Rolling Hills instructs the rider through various speeds and intensity changes similar to riding up or down hills (58 minutes).
