This product is now working correctly. The problem that occurred is that the rear sight was not tight. After taking 10 or 12 shots, I noticed that the rear sight was moving horizontally. It did take another 20 shots to sight this weapon in as I did not have any idea where to start. It now operates perfect. The other issue is that maybe there should be a few pellets sent with the gun. This would save an extra trip to the store for a purchase. When something is new, people want to try it NOW!
