We have had this for nearly a year now and it looks as good as the day we got it. We have not had the same peeling problems that others have had, but I have only hand washed it per the instructions. I love the pretty designs that Crocodile Creek offers and they are much more affordable than a lot of the other stainless steel bottles out there. My 3 year old can easily open and close it. I'm a big fan of Crocodile Creek and love their non-corporate childlike look. My son has had his Solar System bottle over a month and it still looks new. They come in a wide variety of colors and designs and you can't beat the price at $10.

This bottle is a perfect size for the lunchbox. My son loves the design and the price is extremely reasonable. I had been looking for a reusable bottle for my kids lunchbox for some time. This one is perfect - It does not leak and if my son doesn't close the spout all the way- the cap that covers the spout , seals and does not let the water drip all over his lunchbox and school books. We've had this drinking bottle for several weeks now and it is perfect. My son has used it in his lunchbox and it stays cold most of the day, no plastics, and neverleaks. Perfect size to fit in my daughter's book bag - and perfect size for her (age 7). I love that the drinking spout is covered. She takes water to school each day. One thing I would change would be some way to attach it to her bag rather than inserting in one of the pockets.
Love this product.
