I was looking for a nice and simple pull-up bar that I could put up in my apartment and use whenever I passed it by. This fit the bill and then some.
It comes with everything you need to assemble it, and there are no screws or bolts to put into the door frame, which is great for me since I'm not too keen on loosing part of my security deposit.
It allows for at least 3 different kinds of pullups, and if I keep enjoying it at this rate I'll probably get some of the extra attachments as well.

I looked at numerous door-bars and reviews before deciding on this one. I just wanted a simple pull-up bar without a lot of bells and whistles. I am very happy with my purchase. I am 6'-4" - 230lbs. The bar is sturdy and supports my weight with no problem. I can also leave it in the doorway and it is high enough to walk under without banging my head -- a big plus. I bought the bar for my son to get up to speed for the military using the well-known "grease the groove" program.Customer Review: It works as you would expect

I got this product after looking around. I wanted a door pull up bar but didn't want one that was going to require me to drill holes in my frame or do any permanent damage. I chose this one because it was a good price and looked like it would meet my needs. I have seen some that will leave black marks from the padding on the frame and I have not seen any such damage with this product. If you are looking for something to fit your standard door frame, this is the way to go.Customer Review: other chin-up bars need screwed-in brackets; not this one!

DOES NOT NEED ANY HARDWARE DEFACING YOUR DOORWAY, IT TAKES ONLY A SECOND TO SET UP AND A SECOND TO TAKE DOWN. Works in 24 to 32 inch doorways, requires trim up to 3.5" wide around the door. Door width, with trim, must be at least 4 inches thick (may not be suitable for older doorway moldings).Latches on without screws, bolts or fasteners, so you won't leave holes in your door trim. A cantilever design uses your own body weight (up to 300 lbs.) to keep it in place.

Okay, I just got this today and absolutely love it. You put it in a door way and you are good to go, simple as that. Putting it on and removing it is a breeze. Its pretty sturdy as well, you won't have to worry about it breaking during use. One fault I had with was the instructions which were absolutely horrible. I don't know why the directions couldn't have been made a little clearer. However, once you get it assembled it is an amazing product! Highly recommended!!
