I bought this so we could pull our child trailer with both mine or my wive's bike. Takes only a small adjustable wrench to install. The lock pin U-clip is very firm. Best part of this setup is the child trailer will not tip over if you dump your bike.Customer Review: works like a champ

if you have a trailer that connects this way, you must have a second. on a ride recently, my bike broke down and i easily switched the kiddos to my wifes bike so i they could keep moving while i got my bike fixed.
