This coupler was exactly as it was decribed. Shipping container was sufficient. Installation took less than 10 minutes. Our InStep bike trailer attached to the coupler as expected and works great. I really like the coupler that I bought from Amazon. It was the right size and very reasonable price. Now I can take my son for bike rides again (which he loves). This item is great! Identical to the one that came with the Schwinn pull behind trailer we use to pull our daughter! Eliminated the hassle of switching the coupler from one bike to another. I bought the bike trailer off of Craigs List & as it is with most items, the coupler which makes the connection from bike to trailer, was sold with the bikes. Fits great, works just like the OEM. A suberb option for when you're wanting to have the option to pull a trailer behind several different bikes, without having to move the coupler from bike to bike every time--just put one of these on each bike, and you're good to go!
