About Coleman
More than 100 years ago, a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit and a better idea began manufacturing lanterns in Wichita, Kansas. His name was W.C. Coleman, and the company he founded would change life in America. A man plagued with such poor vision he sometimes had to ask classmates to read aloud to him, Coleman saw a brilliant light in 1900 in a drugstore window that stopped him in his tracks. He inquired about the light inside and discovered he was able to read even the small print on a medicine bottle by the illumination. The lamps had mantles, not wicks, and were fueled by gasoline under pressure instead of coal oil. Soon afterward, Coleman started a lighting service that offered a "no light, no pay" clause--a big step forward for merchants who were burned by inferior products that rarely worked--and drew substantial interest from businesses that wanted to keep their lights on after dark.
In the ensuing years, Coleman expanded its product line well beyond lanterns. The company's current catalog is thick with products that make spending time outdoors a pleasure. There are coolers that keep food and drinks cold for days on end, comfortable airbeds that won't deflate during the night, a complete line of LED lights that last for years, powerful portable grills that cook with an authentic open-grill flame, and much, much more. We go camping 10-20 times a year and this item was one of the best buy I have ever made. It reliable and durable. The stove isn't a new model but works just the same if not better. We have had this camping stove for at least five years and it always works well. Never had a problem with it,
cooked all kinds of meals on it and it is easy to use. A must have item for family style camping.

I do not have this exact model of Coleman Stove. Mine is a slightly different version, the only differences between the two is where the gas knobs are and also mine has legs to keep it up about 2 inches.
I used this on a 3 day camping trip recently. 2 dinners & 2 breakfasts, 1 new propane tank, and I still could have gotten more use out of the propane tank. I had two large skillets on at the same time, also a large pot and large skillet and no room problems for me for the most part, except that I would have preferred smaller pans. Using this made me miss my family's gas stove back home.
Simple and easy to use. I didn't have the instructions, and I had never attached the propane to the line or stove before, but I figured it out in about 5 minutes. I would say this is the perfect size for 3-4 adults or a family of 4. It helps to plan your meals before hand so you know what to cook and when. I cooked mashed taters, corn on the cob, spagehetti and meatballs and rotini (noodles I precooked before hand so all I had to do is warm them up with some water), bacon and eggs, and my other breakfast escapes my brain. All turned out great with this camp stove, and made the rainy camping more enjoyable.
I would recommend for for 4 people or less, but not more than 4. Anything higher and I think you would need something else. Also, only 4 *'s because I find that the propane sticks out at such an odd angle. It would be nice to see that improved somehow.
