The ComfortSmart air mattress is made from durable PVC and features a coil system that contours to your body for better support and it includes a personal organizer. It has a double lock valve with two sealing points for a leak-free valve. I purchased this model because it was only a few dollars more than the smaller version. I read the reviews and noted the problems others seemed to have assembling the cot frame. When the cot arrived we decided to put it together prior to use. The other reviews are correct! The notches in the end braces are cut too tight and, in my opinion, improperly. It took about an hour with files and a Dremel Tool with a diamond burr to relieve and reshape the notches so the braces can be attached, and more importantly, removed. Even with the re-work it still takes both my wife and I to assemble and disassemble the braces. This is a problem that should have been caught and corrected at the factory. As far as the cot itself goes it is very comfortable and I slept very well on it. I didn't have any noise issues that others experienced (I suspect the noise may be because they gave up trying to install the end braces and used the cot without them). I gave it 3 stars because of the Coleman name and how it sleeps. I received it quickly with free shipping. We bought this cot with air mattress when my daughter injured her ankle and had to sleep in the living room temporarily. It's been used several times since then. Pros: quite comfortable and stays inflated well over multiple uses. Can be moved out of the way easily. Seems sturdy. Cons: the end braces are difficult to install. Noisy, it squeaks when you move. I bought Coleman Trailhead SpaceSaver Air Bed (30" x 80") for my mom and she slept on it in such comfort. The only problem I had was putting it together. It is really hard to assemble the cot the first 3 or 4 times and after that it gets a bit better. You have to stretch the fabric a lot to get it ends in place.Customer Review: needs work, fut functional

At this point I'm not too impressed with the quality of this product. The plastic tabs that hold in the cross bars at either end don't look like they are going to hold up to repeated setup and break down. The zipper on the cover that holds in the air mattress blew out the first night I used it and I'm not so sure the mattress is holding air either. At 140lbs I shouldn't be taxing the limits of this bed at all.
