Table Lamp, GreenThe Coleman 5370J700 4D Battery Powered Table Lamp is designed to stand up to weather and rust, and most importantly to darkness. This table lamp is compact in size so it saves on space, and has a durable plastic shade that protects the globe.
Easy to maintain and operate, this Coleman lamp can be used while traveling, or in a dorm room or office. Powered by four D-cell batteries (not included), this lantern will run for up to 16 hours on a single set of batteries (alkaline recommended).

I work at a facility that hosts weddings and corporate events. One client brought a series of these instead of luminaries to light our patio. Having been through quite a few power outages and more i'm sure yet to come, this is a blessing. Having a toddler in the house, this is much safer than using candles and gives off more light. Portable, bright light,reasonably priced, will last 16 hrs. on batteries.
Two of us can easliy read by this light.
We purchased two, and will probably buy more for gifts.
