I really like the mugs, saucepan and saucepot. The quality is very nice. Just know that the plates are 6.25 inches in diameter which is really not large enough. I'll use them as saucers and supplement the kit with separate dishes.Customer Review: Pricey and Excessive

Stainless steel that weighs about 1.5 pounds sounds like a good deal until you look at the price. Good mess kits can be purchased at much cheaper prices. Coleman makes good products, but this is a throw-away. I would recommend getting plastic cups for drinking and the Open Country Sierra 5-Piece Nonstick Backpacker Cooking Set for cooking, here at Amazon.com. That's all you really need.Customer Review: Too expensive
