This Coleman pump, with dual action, is surprisingly well designed. We use it for inflatable kayaks, and it inflates the kayaks within minutes.
This is a great item for locations where having electrical pumps is not that feasible, and you want to quickly pump an air bladder up.

I was looking for a good quality and inexpensive manual air pump for air matresses, kids pools, etc. This was exactly what I was looking for! I have used the Coleman Battery Powered Pumps before and I think the manual pump was far quicker and quieter. No complaints about this purchase. I didn't know that there is a deflating outlet on the handle when I ordered it.When you want to pack your inflatable stuff, there is no way to push all the air out and you will have space problem. With the help of this deflating outlet, you can vacuum the stuff and minimize their size for packing.Customer Review: Good Value

This pump is lightweight and can be used anywhere, as no electricity is needed. This works out well for us because we keep the pump on the boat and re-inflate the raft when it get's low on air. I had another one for about 3 years that eventually broke, but for less than $15 it is a good value.Customer Review: Excellent and Fast

I originally bought this pump and an electric, as I was going to use this as a backup pump. However, this pump can inflate my full size canoe in 2.5 minutes, and is faster and easier than the electric, so I gave the electric pump away.
