I just returned from the deep woods and found that this pump was an absolute essential item to the trip. It took me less than 2min to fully inflate a full sized mattress.
When coupled with the coleman 4D pump, it took only 6min to fully inflate a king sized bed. The two pumps together were a perfect combo. If you are inflating more than one bed, you can use the battery, or car pump to get the beds to a certain point, then use the manual pump to finish the job. This pump comes with a variety of nozzles for every bed type in the coleman line, so you wont have to worry about being without comfort or having to look for other accessories.
When it was time to deflate and pack up, I found that by placing the hose on the other air point, I could suck the air from the mattress easily and get it to the point where I could roll it back into the bag without hassle.
I would highly recommend this pump for all coleman air mattresses.

This pump is worth every penny. I can inflate a Coleman air mattress with a fraction of the time and sweat required to use one of the standard foot pumps. Ever notice that once you use an air mattress and then deflate it, it can never be packed in as compact a space as the box in which it came? This pump can also be used when packing up the air mattress. The pump will suck all the air out of the mattress and make it easier to fold up and store in the same compact size as when it was new. If you are going camping and planning to use an air mattress, this is the pump you want. The 12v plug in pumps are fine if you have a place to plug it in that is no further from where the air mattress will be than the length of the cord. This pump eliminates that problem and is almost as fast.Customer Review: Love it!

Not only does this work beautifully to pump up an air mattress, but it fans a dying campfire too. Just aim the biggest nozzle at the glowing coals and start pumping. Instant flames.
It takes me only a minute or so to blow up my twin-sized thick air mattress. My camping buddy's battery-powered pump takes three times as long and requires four D batteries. Who wants to worry about dead or weak batteries in the middle of the woods?
If you're looking for an air pump go with this manual one. It's fast, easy and doesn't cost a dime to operate. Let the foolish campers worry about where to plug in their electric pumps or where to buy batteries when the old ones fail.

This Coleman hand pump is really the ticket if you need one to easily inflate or add air to an existing inflated air mattress without taking it back to your vehicle to use your 12v air pump. It was easy to use even for an older person, and did the job in short order. It is perfect to take with you if you will be camping for a long time in one spot when your air mattress could lose a little air with just sleeping on it for several nights.
You cant go wrong for 10.95 for something so efficient, so I highly recommend this product. Amazon shipped it quickly as well, and it was priced better and no taxes either, than getting it from my local Walmart.

Easy pump to use for a hand pump. The double action inflation works wonders to speed up the time it takes to get that air mattress or inflatable kayak filled to the top. Probably takes longer to figure out which air nozzle to use than the actual act of inflating.
Wish the unit was a little taller so you wouldn't have to hunch over so much, but then again the small compact size is also a plus for easy transporation. Highly recommend.
