The Coleman King-Sized Quickbed is a great choice for camping, overnight guests, or anywhere you need a large extra bed. Measuring 79" long by 75" wide when inflated (fitting standard king-sized sheets), the Quickbed is made of heavy-duty, puncture-resistant PVC, with 56 coils inside and a soft suede top for extra comfort. The Quickbed is easy to inflate and deflate, thanks to Coleman's extra-wide Advanced Double Lock Valve. Like all Coleman inflatable products, this Quickbed features Coleman's Airtight System, guaranteed not to leak. And the built-in Wrap 'N' Roll storage system makes packing and storing quick and easy.Large enough to easily accommodate two adults (or four small children), this king-size Quickbed gets its name from Double-Lock valves that allow it to inflate 10 times quicker than air beds with pinch valves. We (adult male & female) bought our Coleman Quickbed with Wrap n' Roll storage (king) over 15 months ago. We've been sleeping on it every night since then and have had no leaks. We've only had to add air a few times.
Having said that, we've babied our bed in the extreme. We put a 4", 4 lb density layer of "cool" memory foam on top. We put a 2", 2 lb density layer of memory foam on the bottom. The whole thing sits on a wooden futon frame.
Both of us agree that this is the most comfortable bed setup that we've ever slept on. When one person moves or gets up, the movement is nearly undetectable on the other side. Getting into or out of the bed feels the same as getting into or out of a regular bed.
I'm giving 4 rather than 5 stars because the measurements that Coleman provides are incorrect. Our mattress measures about 75" long x 76" wide x roughly 10" high. Without the memory foam layers, our king-sized sheets would be very loose, despite the pleasant surprise of extra height.
Even though the bed is shorter than advertised, it's fine for us (5'7" and 5'9", respectively). All in all, I doubt I'll ever return to a regular mattress!

I chose this because I needed a replacement for my regular mattress and couldn't afford to buy a traditional mattress. There aren't that many king sized air mattresses to choose from. I like the mattress very firm. Since I sleep on it every night it does seem to get softer after a few days. But after it adjusts itself it doesn't lose any more pressure. Very affordable and good choice. A good tip when sleeping on any air mattress is to put a heavy quilt or 2-3 blankets under the fitted sheet. It keeps the cold air in the mattress from sucking away your body heat.Customer Review: It's an air mattress.

What can I say...it's an air mattress! I love that it's a king, my boyfriend is 6'5" and wouldn't get one unless it was a king. It didn't hold air as well as some of the other reviews claimed, but it was great for what it was used for, and that was NOT sleeping on rocks or hard ground out at the desert! I'm a happy camper and, even though he resisted, my boyfriend was a happy camper as well! =) I would recommend this to a friend who wants an air mattress, but doesn't want to spend a rediculous amount on one.Customer Review: Colmans have been excellent ... all four of them so far

We never had any problems with Colman matresses and we have four of them, two raised airbed twins, one raised airbed queen and a flat king. All have kept their air, as claimed, "no leak" guarantee good. We have been impressed. We had another brand, supposedly rated "best" which lost air as expected (even reviewers said it would lose air after a few months; why my wife bought it, I don't know). But never the Colmans, not yet anyway, a full year later.Customer Review: Good airbed

Fairly comfortable. Used it for camping with my two dughters for five days. Plenty of room for all of us and a yellow lab on the bed. Did have to reinflate slightly every day or two but that only took a second. Had a tendancy to slide a little on the floor of the tent also. Good value for the money. Easy to pack away. Held up well to our abuse. I'm sure we'll get years of use from this product. I am very happy with the purchase.
