Well it took 15 min. to set up the tent for the first time which isn't that bad. Then I took my hose a sprayed my tent and I forgot to close the window on the bottom of the wall. so water got in throught there. Also I forgot to take off my shoes, so there were shoe prints in there too. I like how the fly goes over the door, so the door wont leak. The fly is taped, and the floor wont leak. Ive had other colemans for 6 years and they havent leaked yet. you can trust coleman.

With Coleman's exclusive WeatherTec system, you're guaranteed to stay protected from the elements. Campers can access gear or adjust ventilation with the built-in Cool-Air Port, while the Variflo adjustable venting system optimizes the tent's airflow to reduce condensation. Multiple interior gear pockets provide convenient spots to store small essentials, and the full rainfly's awnings and wings provide extra outdoor living space and dry gear storage.

Pitching the tent only takes a few moments, thanks to Coleman's color-coded Insta-Clip hook-and-snap system, which quickly affixes the tent to the shock-corded fiberglass poles, and snag-free continuous pole sleeves further eliminate hassle. When in doubt, simple instructions are sewn directly onto the storage bag.

The one-room, one-door, three-window tent measures seven-by-five-by-nine-feet (W x H x D) erected and eight-by-eight-by-24-inches (W x H x D) when packed. Included with your purchase are the Ara tent, rainfly, ground footprint, detachable door mat, stakes, guy ropes, zip carrying bag, and poles.
