Whereas other portable liquid propane grills are petite and tabletop in design, the Roadtrip LXE is a full-size grill with collapsible scissor legs for countertops or travel. This 36-inch grill features 285 square inches of cooking space, ideal for toting to the beach or just into the driveway a small block party. Two 10,000 BTU burners cook meats evenly. Independent control knobs allow users to adjust temperatures on either burner for flexibility.
The grill comes equipped with two warp-resistant cast-iron grill grates, coated in porcelain for cleaning convenience. Two side tables attach to the grill's sides for extra preparation space and store neatly under the grill. A grease tray catches drippings, sliding out for cleaning. The grill is outfitted with an Instastart electronic ignition. The grill affixes to a standard 16.4-ounce disposable propane cylinder, or can be hooked up to a 20-pound tank with an additional accessory purchase. Burning on high with a propane cylinder, the grill operates for 2.1 hours, while low settings allow operation for up to 4.5 hours. A heavy-duty vitreous lid cased in painted steel contains flames to reduce hazard while barring access to bugs and debris. The collapsible legs feature two wheels on one end and a wide handle on the other for towing. To clean the cooking surface, use mild detergents and avoid steel wool. Coleman offers several interchangeable Roadtrip cooking surfaces, including a stovetop and griddle, for separate purchase. This grill requires assembly. I have only used the grill once because I just got it a couple of weeks ago. But, I love it. This grill has a large cooking area. I had like 8 to 10 Ka-Bobs on there are one time. I have seen some reviews that said that it got to hot in the center and did not cook evenly. I think this is partially true, but it was not a problem for me. You can always rearrange you food while flipping sides and so on. I have no complaints about the grill. Can't wait to use it again! Tailgating this weekend!Customer Review: simply awesome....

already used it 4 times and it works great. cooked a 2 whole package of chicken wings and legs, hotdogs, and hamburgers with ease (and with the lid down most of the time) no melting over here. this is my replacement home and camping grill. highly recommend the hose to connct to 20lb tank and the bag to transport. if you twisted my arm to make me say something bad about it, id say it needs a built in thermometer on the lid, but heck, who am i to complain at less than $170 bucks.Customer Review: New hobby, grilling out!

I purchased the Coleman Road Trip grill in May. I have used it at least twice a week since to cook everything from veggies to fish, beef, chicken and pork. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It doesn't use much gas and I've had no problems grilling with the lid down, but I only do that when it is on a low setting. I have convinced both of my sisters to buy one for their own use. When folded it takes up very little space and is easy to transport. Highly recommend!Customer Review: Best deal on wheels!

saved $40 on this grill because the box was mashed up.....but the grill inside was brand new! Don't want the box anyway, right?!?! Was delivered to my door in only 3 days (which was 3 days ahead of schedule). Easy to assemble, lightweight, portable gas grill. Bought the optional hose to connect to a larger propane tank and glad I did. Grill is easy to clean and has a large cooking area. I gave this Coleman product as a fathers day gift to my father and he loves it. Now that he is retired, he isn't cooking a ton of stuff on a grill for us kids...and this is perfect. Easy to clean, either in a sink or by the backyard hose...works great. We bought the skillet too...for pancakes in the am on the deck when it is warm out and my mom makes her sandwiches on their; almost like a forman grill! Great product and delivery was fast! Thanks
