We have only used this screen house twice, but both times it saved our week-long trips. Rain, rain and more rain, but everyone was able to gather in our screen room and enjoy each other's company, eat meals, etc. Tent is easier to construct than it looks, but does really take two people. We followed the directions, and were very pleased that the tie downs were extremely successful in keeping the tent up in high winds. We had wind and driving rain so bad on our second trip that the RV behind us lost his awning - but our tent did not budge. In rain, you will have to move your chairs, etc away from the screen walls some, but not as much as most screen houses we have been in and owned because the walls are not as slanted - leaving sufficient overhead protection for most of the floor space. Since the room is 15x15 to begin with, you still have plenty of space for table, chairs, etc. Taking down and putting back in the bag was a breeze as well. Two inner bags; one for poles - the other for ropes and stakes, which is nice - and the bag is sufficiently sized so that you don't have a Pandora's box trying to get everything back in. The chain inside one of my tent poles did break, but I will attribute that to an over zealous helper who had never seen these kinds of tent poles, and he actually pulled the pole apart. No biggie - it worked just fine on our second trip - I'll probably get it replaced before our next trip. Kept bugs out well and had a nice place to hang a lantern in the center using an "s" hook. I would definitely buy this again over all the other screen rooms I see advertised. I will say that until we got this screen room, my husband always said they were more trouble to put up than they were worth. This screen house has changed his mind. He even helped put it up and take it down on our second trip :-)
