I'm not gonna lie, the pump is a tad loud. The good news is that it won't be very loud for very long! I bought this pump to blow up my Coleman Full-Sized Quickbed. It does the job marvelously. The mattress inflates in seconds! I'm so glad that I bought this. I bought this pump along with a coleman inflatable mattress for overnight guests. I am old school and had always used a foot pump etc for blowing up the inflatable toys and such and boy am I impressed. Wow, this pump is small but mighty powerful! Plugged it in and it inflated my twin air mattress in two minutes even though it was being inflated for the first time. This is something you can't do without if you own a Coleman inflatable. It's the quickest way to inflate or deflate any of their air mattresses. It can be a little noisy, with it's high pitched blower, but as long as you don't put it up to your ears, you should be fine.Customer Review: Loud but works great

Purchased this electric pump instead of settling for the D-Cell version packaged with many air mattresses and glad that I did. Runs a lot louder than I expected but does a great job quickly inflating and deflating my Coleman bed and is small enough to store afterward.
