The Koga SD1 is an effective massage tool for treating my pinched sciatic nerve. :-)
It's roughly twice the mass of the SD2, just to give perspective to pics you may have seen. I took away one star because, realistically, it's too big for me to carry in a pocket. Your mileage may vary.
