This cover is okay but I have one caveat. I purchased this cover to keep rainwater out of the boat. But now when it rains the water collects on top of the cover which then slips down into the seat indentations. When you try to take the cover off, it is impossible to keep the water from spilling into the boat. This defeats the whole purpose. However, I solved the problem. I purchased several cheap beach balls and put one in each seat indentation before putting the cover on. The balls hold the cover up and keep it from sinking down into the seat holes. This works pretty well and does keep the rain water out.

Price paid was significantly cheaper than the Pelican factory ones, so I'd put that on the plus side. The fit, however, is less than ideal and it has been disrupted in heavy rain storms. To be fair, this boat sits exposed to New England northeast winds so conditions can be less than ideal at times. I've only had the product for about a month but have seen the spots where excess material causes the wind to get underneath it. With the addition of velcro strips(bought at any hardware store), I should be better able to customize the fit. To this point, the cover is better than not having any, but there is room for improvement.
