I have been on the lookout for hard cover glass cases that have a hook to attach to your belt loop. However, the previous ones I've bought locally and on-line have been quite easy to break/tear. Usually, the case gets stuck on something and tears, or, tears the belt loop. The construction on this case seems sturdier; also, the hook is connected to the case by a small material loop, which is part of the larger belt loop, if you'd care to run your belt through it and not use the hook. When using the belt loop, there's almost no way the case will get caught on something;when using the hook, the material is so short, there's less chance of it getting caught on something. I've had it about 3 - 4 weeks, and I think I'm finally sold!!

Simple, unique, hardcase designed to give solid cover to glasses, medium sized electronics, and small tools. Use this case to safely carry your glasses, digital camera, g.p.s. receiver, cell, tools, pencils, or charger. The rigid thermoformed construction, tough, fibrous outer material, and peapod shape provide good crush, shock, and scratch resist as well as a neat look. A fuzzy inner liner stops scratches to lenses or surface finishes. Clip it to your belt loop or onto any bag or shoulder strap. Take it on your outdoor missions or to dusty work areas to keep out dirt, grit, and water.
