I am a devoted cho-pat user. Having had cartilage replaced 8 years ago, I have used this product since to protect both of my knees when I run. I have won over many friends who now use it to protect their knees. They wear well and rarely cause a problem when running. The biggest problem I have is that they do collect moisture on long runs on hot days. They will lose some effectiveness once they get wet. Otherwise, this is a great product.
