Customer Review: Extremely uncomfortable device due to poor design.

I was very hopeful this device would help me, but it's just too uncomfortable for me to continue use. I don't really know if it would end up helping eventually.
The problem is the height of the pump. Even at it's deflated level it is way too high. The device tells you to inflate it, but not to the point of pain, but even when it's deflated it is so high that it causes me pain. The pump needs to be low enough that it's not really noticeable until you pump it up, and then you can pump it up to a level that works, but isn't painful.
