Description of Century Two-Piece 18-30" Type 1 Safety Post with Bag
Century Propane Distribution Safety Post connects multiple propane appliances to a refillable bulk propane tank. It accommodates all Century and most other Propane Cook Stoves, Lanterns, Heaters. Compact two-piece design takes up less storage room and can operate as a single 18" post too. Using a refillable tank allows for longer cook time and lower propane fuel cost. Durable nylon carry bag holds both post halves. No tools required.This two-piece, 30-inch-high safety post permits the operation of three appliances from one bulk propane tank. Each of the three outlets has an automatic shut-off valve. The compact two-piece design takes up less storage space and also allows operation as a single 18-inch-high post. A durable nylon storage bag holds both halves of the post. Tools are not required to set up the post.

Best propane tree that I've seen. Very flexible and compact 2-piece design, fits in the bag that is included. Very stable; I attach mine to a 10 lb Manchester Tank and it's perfect to run a stove and lantern. I also like the small rubber hose connection to the tank vs. the tree screwing into and hanging from the tank valve.
I've used my last little green propane tank.

It's great to not have to worry about all those 2lb tanks anymore...just one 20lb tank. We put a lantern on top of it and hook a stove and bbq up to it. The lantern is the best part as it gives us daylight at night.
It is nice that this hooks up to the propane tank with a hose and does not use the coupler as mount point and no weight goes on it as some other trees do.

The Century Safety Post (Propane Tree) is far superior to the older Coleman or other after market types. I nearly lost a thumb from the Coleman during a very cold morning out camping when the Post fell over while I was attaching it to the tank. I bought this post so that when I go camping I can run my propane lantern and cook stove at the same time. Unlike some of the other reviewers I have not had any problems with it whatsoever. Would buy one again.Customer Review: great for propane fans
