If you work out with barbells for pulling movements at all, I'd start with the number 1. You'd be able to get out 2-5 reps with that one. This one was too easy for me in 2 months and I was out 30 dollars. I think it's a very nice gripper, but way too easy if you already work out. I bought Trainer and number 1 after one week of traing every day i can do 12 reps on number 1 (im use trainer as a warm up 40reps) going buy number 1.5 and 2 soon.Im so glad that i have this things my friends asking me what i using to have the strong grip like u (answer use captain of crush and train hard 3 times a week)Customer Review: Captain of Crush

I think that most men will find this gripper to be a decent challenge. Being a beginner, I didn't want to jump straight to the number 1 quite yet. I think I made the right choice .
