I did not know how my brothers would react when I brought this out to test there grip strength. Boy does this raise a lot of interest in people when I bring it out. Every one trys to out rep each other..LOL. I'm a little guy but consider myself strong for my weight, so I decided to go with the Trainer. The trainer is hard, sometimes I think I should have got the Sport but yesterday when I was warm out of the gym I closed it effortlessly for 6 reps so I think im going to get the Number 1 just to see where I stand.Customer Review: Best Gripers on the MARKET!!!!

These crushes are EXCELLENT. I at first bought Number 2 underestimating my own strenght but I couldnt close that so I moved down to a Number 1 but also couldnt close that then finally here I am settled at Trainers, these are hard and unlike the store bought plastic do not BREAK, all in all these grips give you a real workout.
I do recommend buying leather gloves or any biking gloves with these since the metal does take toll on your skin and eventually really damages it.

Pretty straightforward product. If you want stronger grip strength, get this. The grip may not be comfortable for those with delicate hands (it's rough metal), but isn't uncomfortable or painful in any way. I've got a few of these laying around. One at work, one in the car, one at home, one in my travel bag, etc. It's a great product for strengthening your grip, but also helpful for working off stress from the confines of your car.

I ordered the Trainer and #1. They are well made, the Cadillac of grippers. But, I did find the trainer too easy (not that much harder to close than a well made gripper I bought at a sports store for 1/2 the price). My suggestion: err on the side of ordering a higher number. If you find you can't close it you can then order a smaller number and hang on to the higher number for when you gain strength. But if you order one that is too easy you are stuck....Customer Review: awesome!

Product met and exceeded expectation. Very addicting as progress comes quick with these. Did alot of research prior to purchase and wasn't sure which strength to buy. I went with the Trainer, the no. 1, and the no. 2. Fortunately, was the perfect choice for me. I wasn't even near closing the no. 2 when I got it, and within a week i was able to close it for one rep. I've also noticed improvement in pull-up ability and general confidence in grip strength.
