After 2 weeks of using this product I noticed that my hand grip got a lot stronger. I would definitely recommend this to someone that wants to get a strong firm grip of things or in my case hands. Be advised in the beginning your skin on your hands might peel due to the rough texture of the gripper, give it some days to heal then start over again. This is a high quality hand gripper, it's a little tougher than I expected, it also requires technique to close it not only strength, I don't recommend buying this one for starters, because even if you can close it, which is difficult you probably would do it 1 or 2 times, so it's not very good to start training grip strength.Customer Review: all is ok

exactly what he wanted......a football player, wrestler and currently RUGBY player who strength trains 3-4 times a week....he loves this gripper! You will not be disapointed with this product!
UPDATE: he has now purchased the next level/version....these grippers are the very BEST!

At first I could only close the #1 gripper 1 time in each hand. After a month I can now close it 10 times in the right and 5 times in the left. It is very high quality and I recommend it for people who have some hand gripping experience. Most of my friends could not close it.
