I have owned this gripper for a few months now and i must say i am completely satisfied. It looks cool, is well built, and is very effective. When it first arrived a was not able to close it, but with months of training with this gripper alongside other forearms exercise, closing this gripper is a piece of cake. I think i am about ready to move on to No. 2. This definitely a great product. If you haven't really trained that much you may want to start with the trainer before purchasing the No. 1 just to prepare yourself.Customer Review: Great product

I bought the 140 one to start with and it is no joke. i think i have above average strength and 140 is a pretty good challenge; You will through time build hand strength and progress. I am at the point where I want to move to a 200 and I will try Iron Woody hand grippers. I think they're called crushers but they are half the price and I'd like to compare the quality. Overall I think this is good quality gripper and highly effective tool for hand strength that I highly recommend.Customer Review: Strong Grip

I was not impressed when previously seeing the current hang strength trainer is the store so went on to Amazon to look for a better one. Well, I gound it.. This gripper is very good. I got a level one and I am not able to do more than ten...with some serious difficulty. There are also many different levels that you can order if you are not convinced level one would be enough...but good product...and level one will be sufficient for most people if not too stong.Customer Review: Awesome

Amazing hand gripper. High quality, very durable. Like any posession, be sure to take care of it, preferably with an oil based lubricant like WD-40 or mineral oil, so it stays in good condition. Challenging for the average man. It took quite some effort to close this when I got it. Now I'm closing it 12 times with each hand. Just follow the training guidlines included with it, and you'll have a crushing grip in no time.Customer Review: Amazing Product

If you are serious about strengthening your grip, this is the product for you. I recommend additionally purchasing a warm-up grip strengthener (a cheap one from any company) because this product is REALLY difficult to close, and thus you'll want to prepare yourself physically and mentally by doing a few sets of light weight repetitions.
The quality of this grip strengthener is second to none.
