The Velocity Speed Gun is an easy point-and-shoot speed gun. It boasts +/- 1.0 MPH accuracy. The Velocity can track the speed of a ball from 100 feet. It's the ideal tool for tracking tennis serves from 6-110 MPH.Knowing how fast a player pitches or runs can instantly influence a coaching decision. Enter the Bushnell Velocity speed gun, which tells you the speed of an object within plus-or-minus 1 mile per hour. The Bushnell Velocity is outfitted with digital signal processing technology, which can measure the speed of a baseball from up to 90 feet, or a moving vehicle from as far as 1,500 feet. I bought this Speed Gun several weeks ago and have been pleased with it's ease of use and durability. The gun is simple to use, just turn it on, hold the trigger and you get your readings. I have dropped the gun a couple of times and the durable construction saved the gun. The only issue is that it appears the readings are a couple of miles per hour low, however, the readings are consistent so making the speed adjustment is easy. I have been using the gun to gauge the speed of my 9-year olds pitches and it has worked fine.Customer Review: Great battery life

Durable. Tracks mph and gives you a reading of top speed. Seems to be accurate. Reads the same mph as my zooka pitching machine.
Takes 2 c batteries and they are still going strong after a month (probably over 500 readings).
Great for kids and adults. Reads speed of ball coming toward you or away from you so you can use this with 1 person or 2.
Recently brought this to a pool party and the adults had more fun with it than the kids.

I am 100% happy with my Bushnell radar gun. I mainly bought it for use in motor sports, four wheeler racing, motorcycles, and various activities involving speed. It uses K band so that is a big improvement from X band. The range on this thing is totally unreal, I can catch someones speed from over a 1/4 mile away, pretty amazing. Bottom line, for this price it is an unbeatable buy compared to the $900 stalker guns. I love this thing!!

I ordered this product for a bit of fun but it has been quite amazing the results that it provides.
Order arrived very fast to me here in Australia and it was well packed.
Price was incredible, the savings were over $100 from the local price here for the same product.
For the price, I doubt you will find better value, especially if you live in Australia.
