Customer Review: Horrible Product

I purchased 3 of these trail cameras in one purchase. I was using them to keep an eye on activity at the front of my house. Fortunately, I used them in a situation where I was absolutely certain that pictures would be taken: i.e. my driveway showing me (and anyone else) coming on to the property. I initially installed the first two focusing on my driveway, and waited before installing the third on the back of my house. Well, the first one worked for two weeks then just stopped taking pictures. The second one worked for a week until it too, stopped taking pictures. The third one NEVER worked. When I called customer service they told me that perhaps my batteries went dead. They were unable to answer why they would still continue to not work after I replaced them with (another new) set of batteries. I returned all three immediately.
My concern with this product and it's intended use for trail scouting is that how would someone really know if the product doesn't work. Those using them on trail may just assume that there were no activities in the area. Buyer, must definitely, beware!
