I bought these before a 2-week trip to Alaska this spring and they made the trip so much more enjoyable. They are compact and lightweight and they went everywhere with me. This is a replacement for binoculars destroyed in the Santa Barbara, CA Tea Fire Nov. 2008. I use them to go to the Opera and to watch shows from a distance.
They are amazingly clear and perma focus works like a charm
I would appreciate if they would be less bulkier, however not an issue for me.
