These are great for fast action sporting or even bird watching. I got them for my 4 year old son to use at the Georgia football games. He has a hard time with focus. These work great because all he has to do is look and it there. The size is nice and we have no problem adjusting from his size to mine. Ours came from an Amazon partner... Optic planet... I think. I purchased these for my wife primarily to use at the football games. We had another pair of binoculars but they were too heavy to comfortably carry around most of the day. These turned out to be so convenient, I ordered another pair for myself. The little case that came with them hooks onto the belt which makes them even easier to carry. I bought these binoculars for a trip to Alaska. I was concerned with the size and weight of my older ones. These work out extremely well as far as size and weight but the best feature I thought was the Perma Focus. I could quickly zero in on wild life never needing to focus and then hand them to my wife to use without any need for her to re-focus to her eyes. I bought this pair of binoculars to take on an Alaskan cruise. My wife and I had another pair that have to be focused every time you use them. As it turned out, my wife and I each only wanted to use this pair of Perma Focus Binoculars. They were perfect for this trip. The perma-focus makes this product awesome for the visually handicapped. Even the products distributed by organizations for the legally blind are not as usefull because they have trouble focusing on their target due to poor vision. These eliminate that drawback and so make them much more practical.
