Customer Review: Not Pleased with quality

I am a Bushnell fan, but this item is not of the quality I expect. I realize that all mass-produced items experience the occasional defect. So I am not saying it is not a good unit as you can see by many reviews of happy customers, but we are dealing with sighting in a rifle and IMO quality control should be tip top.
I plugged this unit into my 7mm Magnum and was looking about 18 yards indoors and noticed the laser was off to the left so I adjusted my scope and the some reason twisted the bore-sight and now the laser showed I was off high and right.
The laser was not centered. Again, this might have been a fluke, but this is not a child's laser you get at the Dollar general, this was meant to save me a ton of money in wasted ammo. I just think quality control should have been a little tighter.
I returned it, and as with anything you get from Amazon, there are no questions asked. Got to love Amazon!
Btw, on a positive note, the cats loved it :-)
