I built a home gym to cut cost of yearly gym membership but did not want to skimp on anything. I chose this bench from other good reviews and am very pleased with it. It is very comfortable , easy to assemble and operate.

I recently purchased the Bowflex Bench for Father's day. My husband wanted something simple to use. It was very easy to put together and it is very easy to use. He loves the adjustable back. This is a great bench for the home gym. It is fully adjustable and even does decline. It is comfortable, well made, and even has wheels on one end for easy movement around your workout space. I bought this bench for its adjustability and solid construction. It lends itself well to situps when in its negative angle setting and you can focus on different upper body muscles with the various positive angled settings. This bench is great. It has wheels for easy storage (sometimes it is a little difficult to roll on the textured garage mats). It is simple to adjust to numerous excercises. Makes a great set with the Bowflex SelectTech weights.
