This is a very good bench as is all Bowflex's products. Heavy construction and it took only about 30 minutes to put together. About the best you can buy in a product like this. Two hundred dollars is kinda stiff to tell you the truth...but, I wanted quality. I can't stand a bench like this that slides and teeters back and forth when you are working out. This bench is basic but does all I need. Both the seat and the back are adjustable with the back going from from vertical to past horizonal (so that your head is lower than your feet. It is plenty wide which is a complaint about some benchs. It is heavy enough to be stable, but not difficult to move with the built in wheels. I would recommend this bench as a good bargain and a good complement to any home gym if you use weights.Customer Review: Solid, sturdy bench.

I purchased this bench to accompnay a set of teh 552 SelectTech Dumbbells. The bench is easy to assemble (just attach the front and rear legs, then the three-piece cushions). Once assembled, it provides simple adjustabilty and very solid support.
The construction and materials are commercial-quality and should last in excess of the 30 years that the frame is warranted.

It took less than 30 minutes from opening the box until I had it all put together. There is a gap between the seat pad and the back pad and it is there to allow adjustment of the back pad. It has several settings to let you maximize your workout. The wheels are a bit of an issue, you do have to raise the bench up quite a bit to engage them.Customer Review: Great all in one bench

This bench is great. Solid and tastefully designed frame. Good quality, durable seat. Easily assembly. Nice incremental adjustment for various inclines, all the way to flat....making this bench do almost everything. The only thing it doesn't do, is decline. If BowFlex had made it do that, I would have paid a little extra for that feature.
