This is a great dumbbell bench. I have used it three times a week for two and a half years and it still looks like new. The incline is easy to set and the rollers make it easy to move around. I weigh 190 lbs and it is sturdy enough for me to use as a step-up bench. One minor gripe, the screws holding the pad on need to be tightened occasionally.Customer Review: Very nice bench

Ok first of all I think if you just look at the picture you can tell this is not a sit up bench.
This is a dumbbell workout bench!
It is a very well made sturdy bench that is perfect for dumbbell workouts.
I bought mine off the net used for $50 from someone who bought it and then figured out weights are heavy. :)

Good strong durable comfortable bench but be careful with the 2 black endcaps on the part that supports the bench when your switching positions DONT PUT THEM ON LEAVE THEM OFF, mines came half way off while attempting to bench press and the bench fell down to the decline position, almost broke my arms CAREFULCustomer Review: Nice Solid Bench

This is a nice solid adjustable bench. It is put together well and functions good for doing free weight workouts.
My only complaint is the little black plastic pieces on the ends of the support beam want to fall off. Other than that this is a great bench.

If you have some weights and need a bench this is a good choice. It's easy to put together and still looks new after over a year of very regular use. It's pretty light and has a positive, neutral, and negative incline. No cons that I can think of.
