I have really enjoyed this bench, it quickly adjusts from flat to incline to vertical with no tools, etc necessary. It feels well built and should last for a long time.
Only negative I've found is that a little plastic piece which slides on the end of the tubing piece which locks the bench into each position has fallen off a few times. It slides right back on, but I'm concerned one day it may fall off and I might not find it again. Other than that, the bench has been perfect. It has wheels so you can move it around easily, though on my tile basement floor, I really don't need the wheels.

The bench arrived quickly and in good condition. Was relatively easy to assemble. The bench came with the required allen wrenches. Though, two of the bolts (with lock nuts) really needed a pair of pliers to be tightened. The bench is quite sturdy in all positions. In fact, you can use the padded leg restraints and the bench in the decline position to do sit-ups. The back and butt pads could probably use a few more staples from a staple gun, but not necessary. First of all I would like to say that Amazon has once again shipped me my purchase in record breaking speed!
I previously purchased the Weider Pro 230 and found it to be an awkward to use bench. You could never set it up to be a flat bench so I returned it to Sears and purchased this Bowflex 3.1 Bench. A little more money but well worth it. It is a heavier bench that sits sturdy and solid. Easy to assemble and adjust for different angles.
I would absolutely recommend this bench!

This is my first experience with BowFlex products. I bought this as I just recently migrated to the SelecTech 552 dumbbells. Thus far I am extremely impressed with the quality, craftsmanship, and overall feel of the bench. I'm a big guy so finding a bench that is wide enough is a very difficult task at the price point that this bench sells for. I've owned about 5 different benches from entry level to high end and this one feels and functions like a high end bench at a low price point.Customer Review: Well built, sturdy item

I recently purchased this bench in conjunction with a bowflex revolution FT. This bench is very sturdily built, and you can see that the welding is quality. The frame is as solid as a bike frame, while also having a very heavy feel. Altogether it took me about 30 minutes to put this bench together, and also it held me quite well. As I am about 235 pounds, the sturdiness of a bench is fairly important, and i highly recommend this bench to anyone who is in need of one.
