I love my new SelectTech 552 weights! They offer awesome versatility! The best thing about them is they replaced at least 5 sets of dumb bells that cluttered my bedroom! I also needed to add some heavier weights to my workout but didn't want to buy more individual sets adding even more clutter! SelectTechs provide both the versatility with various weight combinations, as well as space efficiency. With the dial on each end it is fast and easy to adjust the weight! These dumbbells are huge! They look awesome and command much attention! Really easy to use. There is some slight rattling between the weights but nothing major at all. I love them. I'm a bodybuilder so I'm in the gym 5 days a week, but these are great for in between workouts and bringing up lagging body parts, like my shoulders and arms. These things are amazing. Before I got these I had the Cap dumbbells with the plates and the screw-on stopper. They were great for what they were, but were SUCH a pain when swapping out weights. I do P90X and doing one workout right after another was so tedious because I'd have to pause, unscrew the end, swap the weights, the screw the end back on for each...side...on...each...dumbbell. Ended up adding like 3 min. per workout just to swap out the weights which adds up. With these it's just like "click, click" and you're ready to go. Highly recommended for any home gym.
