I love this product. It's expensive, but it beats paying for a gym membership and it's probably not much more expensive than buying all of the weights separately. I replaced a barbell, big weight bench and about 10-12 pairs of dumbbells with the SelectTech dumbbells and a small flat bench and it's great in terms of storage and ease of use.
This is a great product for anyone who wants a simple way to do strength training at home.

These weights are ideal for my wife and me. The range of weights work great for both of us. They are heavy enough for me, yet light enough for her. An unexpected bonus with this purchase was the "lifting guide" that detailed different lifts to exercise different muscles. Although it is a bit pricy, it is worth the extra money to have a great piece of equipment that takes up very little space and has the Bowflex name on it to back it up.Customer Review: SelectTech 552 Dumbbells

I have only had this product for about a month now, but I love it!! I am able to come home from office in the evening and get in a gym-quality workout in 30-40 minutes in the comfort of my own home. I will never have a gym membership again. The only downside is that I can see the need for the heavier version (90 lbs.) in the near future. As you increase your strength, 52.5 lbs is just not going to cut it for chest exercises.Customer Review: Excellent weights

This is a nice set of dumbbells. The quality is good and the design in interesting. Like many others, I'm a bit concerned about weights falling out but there's no sign of that ever happening.
The major downside to them is their size. They are longer than regular dumbbells and may require you to adjust your routine. If you will only need a small range of weights, individual weights might be a better option.

the 552 dumbbells are great. compact which is wonderful beacause of my limited space. also i've heard some say that the stand was hard to put together and the wheels were flimsy, dont belive it its great. if you buy these dummbells spend the little extra and get the stand, you'll be glad you did. in my opinion these are the best piece of fitness equipment you can buy. i hope this helped you in you're decision.
