Customer Review: Great product except unrepairable.

I've had these dumbbells for a few years now and they have been great, but I started hearing a little metal tinkling sound in one, like something really small had come loose inside. I found a little screw that holds the plastic name plate on was coming out and apparently whatever it screws into had come loose inside. By the way, I have never dropped or abused these dumbbells at any time. I called Bowflex to ask how I could fix it and they said I would have to buy a whole new handle - which is everything except the weight plates - over $60 with shipping. You have to be kidding me! They're telling me the whole thing has to be thrown out because one tiny screw is loose? That's the problem with America...we've become a disposable society. These weights are great when they are working, but unrepairable.
