I do not own these. I wish I did. My friend has these in his gym. I use them when I can. THEY ROCK.
They are compact, and utterly useful. I wish I could afford to spend the money on these - and I just may someday. The ability to switch your dumbell weight without keeping 20 seperated dumbells around is just awesome. Curls, presses, anything - anything you want to do these can adjust to whatever you need. I love them. They work so well too - just turn the knob on the side for what weight you want and GO. Awesome.

These dumbells are AWESOME!! I was previously using individual dumbells which served the purpose, but were a hassle to set up five times a week. Although the Select Tech 552 dumbells are a bit pricey, they are definately worth the expense. They take up little space and are simple to use. All you do is dial to change the weight. It's quick and easy when I'm following my workout videos, and must switch out weights quickly and often for effective workouts. I highly recommend these and see them as an investment into my healthy lifestyle.Customer Review: Met expectations

I ordered these Dumbbells for my son, who had seen them on Amazon.com. These were a gift for his 21st birthday. He LOVES them! They offer him flexibility in adding and subtracting weights that he couldn't get with his other separate dumbbells. For women, it offers flexibility in just "dialing up" the smaller weights also. Plus, since he's in college and living in a house, space is limited. This set is awesome in conserving space. I love my new SelectTech 552 weights! They offer awesome versatility! The best thing about them is they replaced at least 5 sets of dumb bells that cluttered my bedroom! I also needed to add some heavier weights to my workout but didn't want to buy more individual sets adding even more clutter! SelectTechs provide both the versatility with various weight combinations, as well as space efficiency. With the dial on each end it is fast and easy to adjust the weight! I bought these on sale at Dick's sporting goods after reading about them on Amazon. The salesperson already owned a set and was completely satisfied. I am too. I could have spent thousands on a full set of weights, or over $500 a year at the gym. Instead I bought these and a nice bench for my home. I'm a long-time lifter and I know what i want out of a set of weights. These dumbbells provide exactly what I need for a hardcore workout in a package that can be easily placed out of the way when you're done. Great product.
