I bought these for my (grown) son for his birthday and he loves them.
I mentioned that a few reviews said the size of the dumbbells made some exercises awkward at the limits of the movement, but he said he hasn't noticed any problem. Very happy with the quality, convenience, and compact storage.

I just assembled it took about one hour and you need a small crescent wrench. The bolts require some serious tightening but is very sturdy and rolls easily with the 10/90. I worked up a sweat doing this but instructions are very good. I am happy with the purchase. Ladies you might need help with this.Customer Review: Bowflex Dumbbell Stand is perfect.

Assembly is pretty easy and only takes about 20-30 minutes. May need a socket wrench to help tighten some of the bolts. Setting up the dumbbells on the stand is easy and the dumbbells work great on the stand.
I would recommend to anyone who gets the SelectTech DB's to definitely get this stand.

Sturdy design. Has option for wheels (included). Good height. Recommend a gym mat if you want to protect your harwood floor or carpet. Assembly was bit of a pain as you need some help tightening the screws (took about 45 mins to assemble). Highly recommended with bowflex dumbells.Customer Review: Perfect accompliment to your weights

Highly recommend buying this rack to safely store your weights. Picking them up from this base, saves the chance of pulling out your back each time you restack, plus helps to take care of the system, which can break if mishandled. Very solid frame, and tasteful design.
