I find it easier to place my 552 dumbbells back having them raised on this stand vice sitting on the ground. The stand looks good and is well constructed. I didn't have problems with assembly, it goes much quicker if you have your own tools (Ratchet/Alan Wrench) and the instructions are straight forward. It took about 30 minutes start to finish, luckily I didn't have the hole alignment issues others have posted. I'm not sure but previous users may have had trouble if they tightened down all the hardware before everything was assembled, the directions state when to torque down the bolts. If you've ever put any home furniture together you should have no problem. I still worry a little about the durability of the dumbbells, but have no doubt that the stand will last a long time.Customer Review: Easy to assemble

I receive this stand free with my dumbells. The stand is well built and is a usefull addition to my work out room. The stand is easy to assemble. So easy that my 14 year old child assembled it with out my help in less time than it took for me to take a shower.
The only thing I would like to see different on this stand is I would like it to be about 10 inches taller. I'm over 6 foot and the stand while still very usable is a bit on the short side. It should be the perfect size if you are in the 5 foot range. Still being a bit shour it is much better than storing the weight on the floor. The wheels make it nice to move it around when I want to vacuum or just have it out of the way.

This is a fabulous product. Although I've read complaints about the assembly directions, I thought they were clear. It is always a good idea to read the instructions all the way through before assembling anything. The 1st page lists all the parts and shows the exact size of the different screws. Each step tells you which size screw to use. The only thing I would recommend is that you use a crescent wrench along with the allen wrench that comes with the kit for tightening the screws. The screws fit tight and are stiff to turn. With a crescent wrench, it isn't a big deal. It did take over an hour to assemble, but it is very sturdy and safe to use when completed.Customer Review: A Real Backsaver

The Bowflex dumbell stand is heavy-duty and goes together perfectly. I've put together a ton of equipment, furniture, tools, etc., through the years and have never found any instructions as clear and correct, just spot-on, as Bowflex provides. The bolts, nuts, and washers are all blister packed and clearly labeled and every page of the instructions has a silouhette of the bolt, nut, and washer needed for that step. The stand is made of heavy guage metal and couldn't be more sturdy. I highly recommend the stand with the dumbbells, it makes them accessible and easy to use and definitely saves your back versus picking the dumbbells off the ground each time.Customer Review: if you have the weights, this is a no brainer

Saves space, makes the weights far easier to access, and looks nice. This ultimately is just a stand with a towel rack *cough bar across the middle cough* But it was well thought out, the angle which it has your weights make picking them up less strenuous on your back and arms. I feel if you're getting the Selecttech's you should make sure you order the stand to go along with them. The wheels are a nice touch as I have mine on a hard floor and being able to roll it around makes getting them out of the way when I'm done working out a snap.
