This castle set inflates with minimal effort once you hook it up to the heavy duty fan that is included. The packaging claims that the castle can be fully mounted in 45 seconds and in our informal test we did have pretty speedy results. Once its set up, kids up to 83 pounds are ready to get in and bounce (total weight should not exceed 250 pounds) in the yellow, red, and blue castle set.
