This castle set inflates with minimal effort once you hook it up to the heavy duty fan that is included. The packaging claims that the castle can be fully mounted in 45 seconds and in our informal test we did have pretty speedy results. Once its set up, kids up to 83 pounds are ready to get in and bounce (total weight should not exceed 250 pounds) in the yellow, red, and blue castle set. Customer Review: NOT a 9 foot jumping room

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my purchase of the Bounce 'round Deluxe Castle. I bought this for my 2 year old's birthday party. The online description AND the box reads 9' X 9' jumping room. This castle is NOT 9' X 9'. I am 5'4" and when I lay in the castle my head touches one end and my feet the other. The jumping area is not that big and even from edge to edge (of the base) is still NOT 9 feet. I feel this bounce 'round is misrepresented. I will be returning this tomorrow. The only thing I can see good about this toy would be if you were buying it to use in your house or outside with 1 or 2 kids. Any more then that and you will have some major crashing going on!Customer Review: Beware

Ten months after purchasing this product, and with minimal use, our Bounce 'Round Deluxe Castle developed a four inch tear along a seam. Not to fear, according to a Spinmaster representitive, because a patch kit can be purchased for $8.90 and when applied correctly will repair the tear. One month (two uses) after properly applying the patch, the tear continued along the seam and is now a 12 inch tear.
My biggest disappointment is with Spinmaster customer service. Because my purchase was outside of the limited 90 warranty they refused to do anything. I assured the representitive that I was not looking for something for nothing and I persisted to try to find some middle ground. If nothing else I would have considered purchasing a new jump house alone since I still have an operational motor. But I was told that Spinmaster could not (or would not) make that offer.
In summary, your Bounce 'Round will be a wonderful product as long as it holds together. MY Bounce 'Round Castle is a waste of money.
P.S. Anyone want to buy an extra motor?

Based on all the great reviews I purchased this product from a local ToyRus store. Much to my disappointment when I removed the contents of the box the motor was completely torn apart (it is metal so this was no easy task). I phoned the store and they graciously sent someone to my home to replaced the damaged merchandise. However, after removing the contents again there was a large gapping crack across the motor. This time the store said they would check the contents before bringing over a new motor. When the 3rd motor was delivered it looked "beat up" but was intact and did work. The gentleman who searched for the replacement and made the delivery said there were several more boxes with damaged motors in them. After finally getting it all together and setting it up (which was very easy) my soon to be 3-year-old wanted nothing to do with it. What a disappointment. We ordered this on-line and paid the shipping cost because the only other bounce house we could find were 8 X 8 or smaller. This was going to be a present for our 4 year old and it was going to be used at his party. It stated right on the box 9X9. As my husband set it up, he thought that it looked rather small. He measured it corner to corner and it measured 7ft 6in by 7ft 6in. Not even close to being 9X9. It was very easy to blow up but we were very disappointed in the size. We returned it (...). We then called the manufacture to complain about false advertising and were handled very rudely!!!! WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PRODUCT AND WITH SPINMASTER.
